Hello! This is my portfolio that I’ve put together for Samaritans Purse. I’ve photographed so many different people, events and locations over the years, I didn’t know where to begin! I don’t keep a 'portfolio’ per se (I haven’t had to share one in over 20 years) but I think God was telling me something when the job posting came to me, and well, here I am.

My hope is that this collection of images shows my ability and creativity as a photographer. If you want to see more, or something different, please let me know.

In 2025 I was selected to serve on the VA Dept. of Education panel to update the photography curriculum in Virginia Public Schools. I am responsible for changing the course verbiage from “shoot” to “photograph or capture.” It was time we stopped using that word in our schools.

I’ve been involved with The Boy Scouts my whole life. Earning Eagle Scout in 1996, and working at a Pennsylvania scout camp for 7 years. I’ve been a leader since 2014 up to 2025, when we decided to switch and enroll our boys in Trail Life USA.

Our area is known for the water, and working on boats is a common occurrence.

Over the years I’ve done aerial images from fixed wing planes and drones.

I have served as a Deacon at Newington Baptist Church in Gloucester VA since 2021, and participate in Bible Study Fellowship online since 2020.

I’ve photographed, and printed tens of thousands of local YMCA sports photos over the years.
